WHO NEEDS THIS PACKAGE?
This package is for couples who already love to plan! They have no problem coming up with the design and hiring vendors. They just want help with the logistics and for someone to take care of all those day-of details while they focus on getting married!
- TEXT + EMAIL US ALL YOU WANT - We take the Creative Best Friend slogan to heart. Feel free to contact us any time with questions, concerns, or just to say hi.
- 1 PLANNING MEETING - We'll go over everything you've planned so far and organize that information into our systems. The goal of this meeting is to create a solid action plan for the remaining items on your to-do list and help you check them off!
- ACCESS TO DECOR INVENTORY - Clients of Celebrate Dallas can borrow anything from our in-house decor inventory at no extra charge. We bring it, we set it up, and we whisk it away at the end of the night, so you never have to worry about it again. (A separate Rental Agreement will be sent to you to secure your chosen items.)
- SITE VISIT + WRAP UP MEETING - We'll finalize floor plans, timelines, and other last-minute details. We have a firm "no leaving stressed" rule for this meeting. Bring all your questions and we'll be happy to cover everything to make sure you're feeling confident and ready to see your event pull together.
- VENDOR CONFIRMATION - Around the two-week mark, we will become the main point-of-contact for your vendors. We will confirm their arrival times and commitments, as well as, fill them in on all the behind-the-scenes event details.
- TIMELINES + CHECKLISTS - We love a good spreadsheet. We create super detailed timelines and packing lists for all of our events to help things run smoothly on the day-of. We'll distribute timelines to your bridal party and vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- REHEARSAL COORDINATION - It takes practice to have a smooth running event! During the rehearsal, your lead coordinator will get to know your family and bridal brigade. She will distribute timelines, packing lists, and contact information as well as make sure everyone knows where to go when the ceremony begins. (1 Hour)
- DAY-OF SETUP + COORDINATION - This package includes 10 hours of on-site coordination with your lead coordinator. We'll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly while you focus on getting married!
- BASIC EVENT BREAKDOWN - After your event we will ensure any personal items leave with previously designated friends and family, organize rentals for pickup, and do a very basic pick-up of the venue. Heavy duty cleaning such as mopping, taking trash, scraping dishes, etc. is available at an additional charge.
Pricing begins at $1450 and can vary depending on the complexity of your event.
